YP-A抗腐蚀阻锈剂

YP-A®系列抗腐蚀阻锈剂是我公司针对目前处于沿海、近海地区及盐碱地质钢筋混凝土结构被腐蚀的机理开发而成的非亚硝酸盐类的新材料,产品细分为A型、B型和AB型,由有机多元醇组份、抗腐蚀组份、阻锈组份、塑性膨胀组份以及高分子聚合物组份组成。大量工程实践中以YP-A®系列产品AB型阻锈剂的应用更广泛。其抗腐蚀组份和高分子聚合物组份在改良混凝土内部结构的同时使混凝土更加密实,能显著提高混凝土抵抗硫酸根、镁离子特别是氯离子等介质的腐蚀能力,避免以上介质渗入混凝土内部造成结构的破坏;其次,阻锈组份能够在钢筋表面形成钝化膜和吸附膜,使整个钢筋被一层氧化膜所包裹,致密性很好,能长期有效的抑制氯离子引起的钢筋锈蚀;再是塑性膨胀组份的加入,产生较大的早期膨胀,可有效减少混凝土在塑性阶段产生过多的裂缝,避免腐蚀介质从裂缝处腐蚀砼和钢筋。本产品对于氯离子、镁离子和硫酸根离子均有一定的抗侵蚀能力,特别是能大幅度地提高砼和钢筋防氯离子侵蚀的能力。该产品可与阻裂纤维、膨胀剂复配使用,能有效增强混凝土的耐久性。
