YP-A高延展高强度复合阻裂纤维

    YP-A高延展高强度复合阻裂纤维(简称高延展纤维)是我公司具有完全自主知识产权的核心拳头产品,原主要应用于航空航天军事领域及尖端科技。该产品在2012年取得国家实用新型专利的基础上,通过持续的科学实验和对材料组份的不断优化调整,其主要性能参数已达国际同类先进水平。该产品先后首次在我国液化天然气LNG工程、大型原油储备库20万m2抗渗地坪、核电研发中心和城市轨道交通等领域一次投入一次成功。其卓越的抗裂防渗性能得到工程界首肯,促使该产品成功荣获2014年度中国国家发明专利(发明专利号为ZL201210237119.1)同年被上海市人民政府科创中心评为高新技术成果转化项目。

产品组份及性能

该产品采用高强高弹模聚乙烯醇(HPVA)、高纯聚丙烯腈(HPAN)为母料与高分子聚合物和特种分散助剂等保密配方复合而成,从根本上彻底解决了国内部分纤维产品结团堵管及浮于混凝土表面现象。自混凝土和砂浆塑性阶段前,在每立方混凝土中有上亿根高延展纤维三维乱向分布,自然握裹粗细骨料,利用其独特的遇水自分散亲水性来控制混凝土的失水速度,延缓水化热峰值的产生时间,清除混凝土的早期有害裂缝;在混凝土硬化后,由于产品自身的物理次加筋特性,仍能有效抑制混凝土因干燥、温差收缩而产生裂缝的形成和蔓延,从而提高混凝土的稳定性和耐久性。产品细分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,分别执行相应的技术标准。

1.大幅提高抗裂防渗能力。掺入体积率0.2%的高延展纤维混凝土的抗裂能力提高90%以上,抗渗能力提高80%,完全满足P6-P12的抗渗设计要求,众多工程案例及权威检测表明其阻裂效能达国家Ⅰ级以上。

2.大幅提高混凝土的耐久性。该产品不与酸、碱、盐、油发生化学反应,亦不与自然界海水、盐碱地的硫酸根离子和氯离子产生反应,抗腐蚀性能优异,与混凝土同寿命,无毒无味,属真正的绿色生态建材;其延展性较改良前提高26%,可有效提高混凝土的韧性,降低混凝土的脆性;抗冲击能力提高一倍,抗冻能力提高三倍,在-165℃低温环境下高延展纤维混凝土体积仍可保持稳固,能减少混凝土起尘、片状剥落风化等现象。

3.大幅提高建设单位的安全性。该产品能消磁、抗静电、与任何金属工具及尖硬物件碰擦不产生火花,能有效消除工厂、车间、仓库等场地的安全隐患。防火堤、防爆墙、围堰掺入高延展纤维后,如遇火灾能防止和减少混凝土的爆裂,阻止火情的蔓延,为救援争取宝贵时间。

4.大幅提高混凝土的施工性能。高延展纤维在环境温度-25℃和45℃的条件下均可施工,与我国六大水泥配制的混凝土均可相融,产品不磨损机具、搅拌车、不堵塞泵管、不会结团、不会伤及工人的身体;不受场地限制,不与布筋和安装设备发生任何技术冲突;如选用于抗渗地坪,日后维修开凿非常便利。

5.大幅提高工程项目的综合效益。运用高延展纤维混凝土的前瞻性设计理念,首先有利于降低工程综合造价,将助力投资方和总承包单位提高经济效益。采取该产品方案造价仅为钢纤维的30-50%,仅为防渗膜的10-20%;其次是该产品的特有安全性、环保性和抗渗性,有利于项目相关单位尽早顺利通过安全评价和环境评价;从而对促进工程项目的经济效益、安全效益和生态效益的相协调有十分重要的现实意义。

产品执行标准

   该产品的执行标准为«水泥混凝土和砂浆用合成纤维»GB/T21120-2018, «纤维混凝土应用技术规程»JGJ/T221-2010,«石油化工工程防渗技术规范»GB/T50934-2013, «水泥砂浆抗裂性能试验方法»JC/T951-2005等相关指标。

掺量与抗渗等级的对应关系

 按高延展纤维的产品体积率的0.1-0.2%折算为每立方混凝土中为1-2KG/m3,防火堤、防爆墻、围堰、刚性防水屋面、机场跑道、公路路面、工业地面、水利面坝、喷射混泥土为3kg/ m3

YP-A high-ductility high-strength crack-arresting composite fiber is the core lead product of our Company. The product has been awarded with the national new-type patent in recent years (Patent No.201120025870.6). After unceasing scientific experiment and persistent optimizing, modulation and amelioration of material, main performance parameters of the product have reached international advanced level of the same type product. It has currently applied for national invention patent (application No.:201210237119.1).

★ Main components and performance

The product uses high-tenacity high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber (HPVA) and high purity ANCYLIC as masterbatch and composite it with special dispersant adjuvant. Before concrete (mortar) plastic consistency stage, hundred million fibers 3-D are in disordered distribution per m3 concrete, bond coarse and fine aggregates, control water loss speed of concrete with its excellent dispersion, slack the time when reaching hydration heat peak, eliminating or reducing plastic harmful crack; after concrete (mortar) completes plastic forming and turns to hardening stage, crack formation due to desiccation and shrinkage caused by temperature variation can also be restrained.

★ Product superiority

1. In comparison with ordinary concrete, crack arresting performance of high-ductility high-strength crack-arresting composite fiber (volume fraction of 0.2%) has increased by 90%, with seep resistance for 30%. It is demonstrated by authoritative test that the crack resistance has reached national levelⅠ.

2. Improve ductility. High ductility of composite fiber has increased by 25% compared with that before improvement. This can improve concrete flexibility and enhance deformation & bending resistance, which is of great importance in improving brittleness of high strength concrete.

3. Impact resistance has increased by 30%; resistance to freezing-thawing effect increased 3 times more than of no fiber, volume of product remains stable under low temperature of -165℃; abrasion resistance has apparently improved and is able to reduce the happening of problems like concrete particulate emission, scalelike surface, chipping and breakage; blast resistance and acid & alkali corrosion resistance gain further improvement.

4. Antimagnetic, antistatic, no mental spark and eliminate hidden danger. Engineering cost takes about 20% of steel fiber to facilitate future excavation and construction maintenance.

★ Mix content

The conventional dosage is 1-2kg/ m3 per cubic concrete fire dike, and blast resistant concrete for 3kg/ m3 recommended dosage. The higher the amount of anti cracking and anti seepage effect is more obvious.

Executive standard for the product is GB/T21120-2018, JGJ/T221-2010、GB/T50934-2013、JC/T951-2005and Anti-crack and Anti-seep Construction Method of Ultra-long Fiber Concrete Structure.

★ Scope of applications

Massive concrete, large-area anti-seep concrete, shrinkage compensating concrete, prefabricated large concrete member, rigid waterproof concrete, shotcrete, anti-corrosion concrete, marine hydraulic and thermal insulation mortar.
